AHF Grants for building preservation trusts
Also in this section: Grants | Loans Additional Grant for building preservation trustsThere is an additional AHF grant scheme which is only available to building preservation trusts: to qualify the Trust must have demonstrated that the end use for the project is likely to be feasible and have decided to take the project forward. The AHF's Project Development Grant scheme is only available to building preservation trusts. This grant was introduced in April 2008 and replaces the previous project organiser and project administration grants. Project development grants are intended to help BPTs with the costs and expenses of developing a project once its viability has been established, and take it towards the point at which work starts on site.
