AHF Grants for building preservation trusts
Also in this section: Grants | Loans Additional grant for building preservation trustsThe AHF's Project Development Grant scheme is only available to building preservation trusts that are on the AHF’s Register of revolving fund BPTs or are members of the UK Association of Preservation Trusts. To qualify the trust must have demonstrated that the end use for the project is likely to be feasible and have decided to take the project forward. Project development grants are intended to help BPTs with the costs and expenses of developing a project once its viability has been established, and take it towards the point at which work starts on site. The maximum amount available per project from this grant scheme is £20,000 in total and could include, for example, a combination of:
